I just ordered some flowers over the phone for my Aunt from a different state. She is in a care facility on the same street as this location yet they are charging me as if they are driving across town. I wasn't asked what I wanted just. What I was willing to spend!!?

Fantastic Site makes it tough to write a review. Flowers On Vine was worth the effort. Site also is kind of difficult to find. Doesn't show up on usual web searches. Again, worth the effort. Bought an arrangment of flowers for a special woman over the phone. Talked to the owner. She made it very very special, and price/performance was excellent. I assume that part of the reason for this was due to them not paying 5 middlemen for the refferal. They earned my Salt Lake business for life. 7/24/2012

Disappointed – Ever since high school this shop was the place where I went for all my floral needs. In the past they were very helpful in the design of the arraignment and even would let me in the back to hand pick the flowers. In the last few years their selection has been lacking and their prices have steadily risen well above their competition. The Best New Year Ever! – My mother's birthday is on New Year's, and Flowers On Vine provided excellent customer service even while closed for family medical issues and the Holiday. Their arrangements are always unique and simply gorgeous. We highly recommend them.

The most creative, unique flowers arrangements I have ever seen – What a great flower shop. Everyone I met at Flowers on Vine was friendly and helpful. They always give me an arrangement that exceeds my expectations and they have a knack for unique ideas that result in beautiful floral presentations. Roses for Valentines Day are always less expensive here and beautiful. Delivery has always been prompt. A great find in South Salt Lake. Also, they have a nice shop full of seasonal kick nacks that are unique and charming.

Terrible Customer Service – I am totally bummed! I've gone to this place for years and have always raved about their flowers, but after my latest experience, I will not be going back. My father asked me to be in charge of purchasing a nice bouquet from my family for my uncle's funeral. He also suggested I use a florist recommended by his friend who also happens to be the owner of the mortuary/funeral home. Best Flowers I've ever used – The time and care that the staff puts into their arrangements makes all the difference. Of the dozen florists I've used in the valley, Flowers On Vine provides the best looking arrangements. They add style and creativity to their flowers which gets them noticed by the receiver. Every custom request and last minute need has been gladly accommodated. They are simply the best I have seen anywhere.

Terrible arrangement – The arrangement was terrible, with the roses at haphazardly cut heights and some (eucalyptus?) branches thrust in, it looked wild. When it was delivered, I was stunned by how unruly it looked, rather than how beautiful. I took out the branches and tried to arrange the roses to make it look good, but the lengths of the roses made it hard to arrange well.
