Hopefully I will be able to get in touch with the owner soon. I placed an order for flower delivery for my children’s great-grandmother three weeks in advance. The flowers never arrived on her birthday, and for a steep $25 delivery fee, I expected this company to be able to do this simple order. Now I’ve tried calling twice and Verizon Wireless is saying call cannot be completed, person is not reachable, etc. Very disappointed.
The sympathy flowers that were delivered to my husband today were a real disappointment. They were poorly arranged and looked to be quite old.
i dont mean to be all karen about this, but i didn't pay over $125 to have dead flowers delivered to my mother. i waited until after mother's day to avoid the rush and ensure she didn't just get whatever flowers were left: they still showed up late at night more than a day after the scheduled delivery, with flowers looking like lettuce that had been left in the car all day. the fancy chocolates that are $20+ a box weren't delivered, the 'card' was the invoice ripped in half. i don't mind overpaying to mark the occasional spe... read more
