I see the quality of coffee here depends on whether you tip them or not, as tipping comes before the coffee is even made. I feel like I'm in Thailand or Southeast Asia, not in Manhattan! Tipping isn't supposed to be a guaranteed passive second income as they treat it here in NYC. If we're tipping for basic over-the-counter service, we should be tipping doctors, nurses, street cleaners, and subway workers who actually make a real impact—or Target, Trader Joe's, Gap, and Sephora cashiers! This may be a petty review but my very young daughter really needed to use the restroom and they won’t let me use the bathroom. I honestly would’ve bought a coffee if they told me I could do that in exchange for the restroom. Women with young children do buy flowers and maybe should consider that before treating them so poorly.

Food a 2. Owner a ZERO! VERY RUDE OWNER! Woman with short blonde hair is the owner and she is RUDE, ARROGANT, and DISRESPECTFUL to her customers! She actually came out onto the sidewalk and forcefully and rudely tole me to “go to my own house and feed the birds (I was basically dusting off bread crumbs from my table).
