My husband ordered a dozen red roses for our anniversary for me and had them delivered to my work. They “substituted” the arrangement for one with mixed flowers that included daisies, mums and only 2 roses. Somehow this flower shop thinks a bouquet of daisies and mums is an acceptable substitution for a dozen red roses!!! Here my sweet husband was just trying to do something romantic for me and all they did was argue with him all day when he contacted them to get it corrected. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! 😡😡😡😡
I am very disappointed. We have been ordering boutonniers for dances here for years. I paid $20 each for two of them this time and they looked so cheap. Usually I always choose them, because I didn’t mind spending extra for great quality. It made me sad. One of my daughters dates ribbon came off right when he put it on. I will have to find another shop for my next 3 girls dances.
we were told we could pick up our flowers right at 9 (when they opened) I showed up right at 9. There was a pile of customers waiting and no one with the key. We waited 25 minutes for an employee to show up with a key, he didn't even apologize for making us wait. Then they lose my order. Instead of working on it right away they start helping all the other customers. finally they tell me they have to remake my order. Amazing staff and absolutely gorgeous arrangements!
Love this shop, the freshest flowers, nicest smiles to greet you. They have done the most beautiful flower displays and arrangements for our funerals. Never had a bad experience yet. Well worth checking out.
