Very very disappointed with quality of floral arrangement, lasted 1 day before flowers started to droop and small yellow flowers dropped. The flowers were certainly not fresh. They were a gift from my UK family and I feel terrible they wasted their money. I would have returned them to the florists but I’ve just had major surgery so not well enough. They weren’t exposed to any heating at all.
I was disappointed in the value for money, very expensive and flowers only lasted a couple of days.
Flowers were stunning and my sister was thrilled. Easy service - same day delivery - thank you for a great experience. A+++
