Ordered flowers for my aunts funeral and they called a 1/2 hour before her services started to let me know they dont deliver to Savanna Illinois ! Very unprofessional and very very disappointed
I placed the order through their website around 8:30 am. It was very easy to use. After I placed my order I found out the person receiving the bouquet woukd be gone for the day at 11:30. I called and asked if they could deliver before 11:00. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and said they could deliver them early. At 10:30 I received a text and picture of the bouquet from the person I sent them to. The picture is exactly as the website!!!!!
Flowers lasted 3 days. Balloon 2 days. Vase, balloon, chocolates and flower cost $125. My husband had to use the internet to order cause he was deployed in Afghanistan. Let just say he will never order from there again. Was beautiful for the 3 days though.
