Always pleasant and very helpful. I never know what to send for various occasions (usually funerals) and they always have suggestions. They did all of the the flowers for our daughter's wedding in 1999 and there were many, many oohs and ahhs for the flowers. Don't go by the picture shown here. They have the Flowers of the Good Earth shop right at about the Lancaster city limits on St. Rt. 158. Go there. You will love everything about the place.
