I really didn’t want to give a 1 star. I asked for the shades of purple and add Lily’s. The flowers looked nothing like the website and they were not fresh. I called the business 6x and left 2 messages about my refund because they did pickup the flowers. Still waiting on a response back about my refund. My wife had to head to Memphis for work and I figured I would surprise her and send flowers to say I missed her and I purchased online with Flowers of Memphis. My wife sent me pictures of the flowers to kind of harass me and they looked great. They were delivered on time since I had to set up delivery to the hotel, and to top it off the purchase was set up through their website which was also stupid easy. All in all, I was a bit worried purchasing flowers from a distance but Flowers of Memphis made it easy and delivered.
2☆ because they actually delivered flowers, but that's it. I live too far away to get the flowers myself, so I have to depend on the integrity of the company I use. Big mistake this time. What I ordered "$170 premium" vase wasn't what was delivered. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of color and got a green bundle of leaves with a few flowers. I didn't even get a bow! I ordered a standing spray for a funeral from Flowers of Memphis. I discussed what I wanted with John. They were very responsive. Great communication. They texted a photo to me when they had finished and had delivered it to the church. It was a wonderful arrangement. I had several people comment on how beautiful the flowers were after the service. Great job. Thanks again.
