Delivered a giant bouquet to the wrong address to a person with the same name. They didn't acknowledge when I emailed them about it twice, they said nothing but just sent me a bridal flowers brochure which I thought was weird. So, I delivered them to the right address instead. You're welcome. Costly mistake had I kept them.
Thank you to Hope for her beautiful customer service! Super patient with all of my questions and when I asked for an arrangement with bright greens, pinks and purples she did a beautiful job pulling it all together! And when my chocolate box add on became out of stock after my order was placed, she upgraded us to an even more luxurious box of chocolates at no extra cost which was SO amazing for my gift recipient! Highly recommend xx
