To start with, they left my birthday gift- a pretty Pastel pink flower arrangement flower on the ground outside in the winter on my open porch with high winds and drizzle on and off that day... and the temperature set to plummet to near freezing later the next morning...REALLY? In January 2015 flowers were delivered one day late with petals that had already begun to dry up. The delivery woman was extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Apparently we did not get to the door as fast as SHE thought we should and she in a loud rant as she walked back to her car told us that she did not appreciate it.
