Miss Carol is the best!! She made the most beautiful flower arrangement for my friend’s new baby and made sure they got delivered to her home after being discharged early from the hospital. Unprofessional. I placed an order for a same-day birthday bouquet, and it was voided a few hours later because there is an order minimum. The owner should have that figured out on the order section of the website. Even so, if I had received an email explaining the issue and asking me to please place the order again with the minimum, I would have been inclined to do that.
