Unprofessional. I placed an order for a same-day birthday bouquet, and it was voided a few hours later because there is an order minimum. The owner should have that figured out on the order section of the website. Even so, if I had received an email explaining the issue and asking me to please place the order again with the minimum, I would have been inclined to do that. My wife called this shop at 4:20 on a Friday afternoon (after finding that all other local florists were surprisingly closed for the weekend) to order an arrangement for a Monday morning funeral service. Even though she was very busy, Carroll was extremely nice and helpful…she spent time helping my wife decide on flowers, size, etc. We wanted an impressive arrangement to honor a special friend and Carroll went above and beyond.
