Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day, they never showed up. Called the business and it’s someone’s personal cell phone, which he did not answer or call me back. There was no email or any communication as to why they didn’t fulfill my order. I wish I could give zero stars.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, they didn't arrive at all. I tried to call the number from the email and website, it went to an automated voice message system for Robert Clemens. I couldn't even leave a message because it the mailbox was full. Very unprofessional, no business name on the voicemail. Now I have to find a way to get my money returned to me, I will use another florist in the future!
