I ordered flowers for my cousin's Anniversary as we couldn't be there in person to celebrate. I picked up a local florist hoping that the flowers would be fresh and they would be more diligent in putting together the arrangement. They even called me to confirm if they could substitute the vase and assured me that the arrangement would look just as I had ordered.
