Sent flowers as a surprise and they called the recipient to ask for the address that I already provided ruining the surprise and really taking the magic out of getting flowers sent to someone.

Trash. They were on skip, an order was placed and they cancelled it saying they didn't have time because they were too busy. Then they went offline. Go to a reliable place, not flowers in the park.
