My husband called to set up a payment plan for the $40,000 we were charged for the 2 hours my daughter was in the ER. We told them what we can afford and tried to make arrangement, the supervisor let us know that wasn’t acceptable and she’d just send our debt to a collection agent. UNBELIEVABLE customer service!
had two experiences with mce both were bad the staff was rude and acted is if they could care less and the doctors excuse me the nurse practitioners since I guess mce don't employer doctors to work to the er are not well educated to work in er sittings
place is trash, had pneumonia ... and got bad at night so went in , they throw me in a room and told me to use the bottle if I had to use restroom , mind you im in the section where there was plastic blocking stuff off, so pretty sure thats where the covid people were.3hours later here comes doctor, does xray on chest.. RESULTS (3hours later) mind you nobody came into the room or anything, only at the end of my 6hour visit, to tell me test were clear .
