The nurses were very unprofessional and rude to family members inquiring about their loved one. Visitors are not allowed so you would think they would do their best to keep people updated or at the very least not be a roadblock for the patient and their family. I have rarely had a worse experience then this one. I will say that the day shift nurse did a much better job then the nurses on night shift.

RecommendedSecond delivery at LKMC & the whole experience was amazing just like last time. The nurses in L&D were the best from the minute I got there, they were on top of everything and soo sweet! The whole staff in the operating room and recovery were also great and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thanks to dr Santiago & all nurses in L&D for making my babies birth perfect. 🤍
