Horrible experience, pictures are a complete mislead. Absurd prices for what they actually offer. Payed 80 bucks for a bouquet that in reality should cost 20 bucks. Horrible service as well. Disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from FTD. The arrangement delivered looks nothing like the one advertised on the website. The photo on the website shows a full, balanced arrangement with soft pastel flowers and a carefully styled design. What was delivered looks completely different—different colors, different flower types, and an overall design that doesn’t resemble the original arrangement at all. They took my order on 25.12.2025 fot to deliver on 31.12.2025 and they did not !!! They took my order to deliver on 31.12.2025 and they did not. They did not tell anything about that they can’t deliver it on 31.12.2025. And first, they gave back around 12 usd for delay. Later they started to say its because of ups cargo. And they did not inform me till i asked few times. Now they said we will your money back after i demand my money. They gonna think they can solve the problem if they gave my money back.
