What happened to FTD? Using UPS to deliver flowers? Two orders-both disasters. Crushed or broken. Not what they used to be.

Tried to get some birthday flowers for a friend and the order processed and completed as well and getting a confirmation email but here comes an email. They need to speak with me personally or the delivery can’t be made. So…the online process is a scam. Do not use their website; it’s a money grab.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a bouquet two days ahead of when it was supposed to be delivered and received a confirmation email. I thought it was taken care of. Hours later, I got an email WITH A DIFFERENT ORDER # saying there was a problem with the order and to call them. Since I am aware of phishing scams, and the different order #, I ignored it. Friends of mine experienced an unexpected loss. I wanted them to know I was thinking of them so I ordered a flower basket to be delivered 4/1. I got a confirmation email that the order was received and scheduled for delivery 4/1. Today, the arrangement has still not arrived. When I made an inquiry I got a "Sorry for the inconvenience" email. I'm sorry I ever contacted FDT! Never again.
