Sent me $10-20 worth of flowers for a total cost of $111. I guess that's how they make profit. Worse flowers I've gotten.

Don’t deal with this business!!!! Horrible service and flowers were never delivered !!! This is the second time and we will never do business with them again. Get flowers at your local grocery store or Trader Joe’s!

This is not your mother's FTD A corporate driven company with very little concern for delivery or customer satisfaction. I order a bouquet and chocolates for my wife, to be delivered on our anniversary. Delivery was handed off to UPS which we all know is unreliable these days Bouquet was left at the top of my driveway in 90 degree weather so it was ruined and the chocolates melted I emailed customer service and they said they would redeliver the (so much for anniversary surprise), they assured it would not be delivered in th... read more

I ordered a bouquet last night for delivery to a friend where they work today. FTD handed off the delivery to UPS whichever showed a delivery by 10:30 am today. Its now 6 hours late and my friend will be leaving work soon. So I've lost the special feeling they would have gotten if FTD had done their job and not handed off delivery to the second worst delivery company in the world.
