This is not your mother's FTD A corporate driven company with very little concern for delivery or customer satisfaction. I order a bouquet and chocolates for my wife, to be delivered on our anniversary. I ordered a bouquet last night for delivery to a friend where they work today. FTD handed off the delivery to UPS whichever showed a delivery by 10:30 am today. Its now 6 hours late and my friend will be leaving work soon. So I've lost the special feeling they would have gotten if FTD had done their job and not handed off delivery to the second worst delivery company in the world.

Horrible experience, pictures are a complete mislead. Absurd prices for what they actually offer. Payed 80 bucks for a bouquet that in reality should cost 20 bucks. Horrible service as well. Disappointed.
