This was the worst flower delivery experience ever! Arrangement looked nothing like what I purchased. Not even close to the same flowers and colors. Cheap flowers used! Redelivered the next day after complaining and giving specific flowers and colors I would like used…same flowers used and looked even worse!!! Received complete refund. Never again!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would have!!! Horrible experience! DO NOT ORDER from them. You can see what i ordered and what was delivered in the pictures! It was supposed to be a thank you gesture which became a shameful act. The flower which was delivered wasn’t worth even 30$ and I paid 100$ for it.

I placed order for a sympathy flowers to be delivered the next day, they did not get delivered and I did not receive any communication stating there was a problem. I contacted customer service by phone twice who assured me (each time I called) they would be delivered ASAP. On the 4th day after order was placed, I received email stating they were delivered - once again they were NOT. Horrible! I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to my sister who was in the hospital. When I hadn't gotten a confirmation by 6:00 p.m. the following day I checked and they were never delivered and would not tell me the name of the florist they used
