If I could give a zero star I would. My baby brother is very sick in the hospital and may be fatal. I live miles away on the west coast and wanted to send some flowers until I could book a flight to go see him. I chose somewhere local in Winter Haven and called directly rather than place the order via the website to ensure best service and no confusion of what I wanted for him.
