Ordered and paid for a delivery of flowers. Was informed afterwards that they could not be delivered to the area and would be refunded. I never ended up getting refunded after sending countless emails with no response. Please be careful if purchasing online!
I ordered flowers online from Melbourne and were so happy to hear how beautiful the flowers were. Friendly service and flowers arrived on time to my mum. Highly recommend this local florist in Mackay. Will definitely use again.
Would give a 0 if i could… all your staff is CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY parked in 2-4 mums with babies car parks in the UNDERCOVER parking area at mount pleasant PLUS your white delivery van every bloody day. Then having to see mums with small babies trying to get them in and out of a normal size car park. And don’t say it’s not your stores staff because it is I’ve seen them get in and out of their cars.
