Recently went to look for some flowers to purchase because I wanted to purchase from a small local company. There was another person there with me that was looking at flowers as I was. She happened to pick up a flower from a bucket to look at and the owner shouted at her to not touch or pick up the roses, and that there was a sign that said to not do such. I was parked near the florist in a small, late model, compact vehicle used for work, a 4 cylinder 1.5 motor, and was approached by a person (employee/owner)) from the florist and instructed to turn off my vehicle. I was "idling" for no more than 5 minutes and was told, NOT asked, to turn my motor off. AC? Heater? What kind of person does that? Needless to say, I would never make a purchase from the attitude that surrounds Flowers and Friends.

I placed my order with this flower shop for a simply bouquet of flowers for my wedding day, that the lady who took my order said they could do. A rude gentleman called me today only to tell me they can't, barely let me get 2 words out before he hung up on me. My family has been going to this place for years, that's why I wanted to utilize them. Absolutely rude.
