The old lady was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. For someone who works in a flower shop you made the place feel very ugly and very unwelcoming. I cannot believe how disrespectful you can be to someone who was just picking out a single $8 rose. Your tone is so incredibly rude for someone whose working in customer service!!! I ordered for my husband’s memorial they were late being delivered not only that they were the old flowers that were in her cooler on Tuesday, and I recieved the flowers on Sunday. We have only had them for two days and they are already dead although we have taken very good care, and they were starting to die the day of the memorial. Extremely overpriced at 750$ although the flowers were dying and looked cheap. I felt embarrassed. Never buy from here, unless you want to waste your money on dead and old flowers.
