The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today we experienced very poor customer service from an owner. We had bought and paid for a very beautiful patio pot full of exactly what I wanted. They held it for us as snow was expected. We went to pick it up today and the pot they brought out was nothing like the one we had chosen. We suspect a customer switched our tag to another pot. It was my first time to your garden center just yesterday. Since Gateway in Loveland closed, I needed a new place to buy my flowers and such. I found it! It’s affordable, the people knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be back for sure AND highly recommend you to my friends. 🌷

This is my favorite Nursery! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and have a great assortment of plants! And my son and daughter love to see their cats! I highly highly recommend them!
