I can’t express how disappointed we are, over what transpired today. Geneva’s delivered orders to the funeral home for my father’s visitation and funeral. The arrangements and memorial gifts were collected after the service and taken to my mother’s home. Most of the items had cards with designated recipients listed. However, cards were missing on a couple of plants. We thought we may have lost them when the plants were moved. Terrible business management. Delivered 2 Peace Lillies to the funeral home for my Fathers funeral. Tiffany (owner) called the day after he was buried asking to come get the Peace Lillie’s. Said they made a mistake and they weren’t supposed to be for my Father, even though it had been 3 days since they were delivered.
