The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh, but I was disappointed with the customer service. The phone number listed doesn’t work, making it impossible to reach anyone. I made a typo in my friend’s last name while placing the order and had no way to correct it. It’s frustrating not being able to contact the shop directly to fix such a simple issue.
Mary and her team were amazing! My wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to their decoration!!! Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers and arrangements were!! Definitely I will work with them again!
I am very happy with not only the customer service but also the quality of the flowers I purchased. I will be coming back!
