This florist went above and beyond to make sure we were very satisfied with our order. The flowers in the first one started wilting day 2 (hydrangeas can do that) and I called and they sent a replacement the next day no charge. I will defiantly be using them again!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh, but I was disappointed with the customer service. The phone number listed doesn’t work, making it impossible to reach anyone. I made a typo in my friend’s last name while placing the order and had no way to correct it. It’s frustrating not being able to contact the shop directly to fix such a simple issue.
