I was hesitant to get close to anyone again in regards to something as personal as mental health. Its exhausting having to start from scratch with someone new until you find someone who fits. When I found Bri I wanted everyone to feel the weight off their shoulders like I did when I chose her.

Bri is awesome and made therapy a lot less scary for me. I had done therapy previously, but Bri was the first person I clicked with. Emotions never felt too big or scary with her, instead they felt manageable. I think it also helped that she was very practical and solution-oriented about how she approached my issues. Also, as I moved away to a different state she was really generous and supportive in finding a new therapist.
