Bri is awesome and made therapy a lot less scary for me. I had done therapy previously, but Bri was the first person I clicked with. Emotions never felt too big or scary with her, instead they felt manageable. I think it also helped that she was very practical and solution-oriented about how she approached my issues. Also, as I moved away to a different state she was really generous and supportive in finding a new therapist.
