I had an issue with my initial flower delivery, the quality wasn’t what I expected, which was really disappointing given it was a gift. However, I want to update this review because the team handled it really well. 🤍They responded quickly, sent out a fresh new arrangement the same day, and even included chocolates as an apology. The replacement flowers were beautiful and much better quality. I really appreciate how quickly they took responsibility and fixed the situation. Thank you for turning the experience around
