when I picked up a wrist corsage and boutinere... The man charge my credit card $11 more than a quoted price, so I handed the receipt back to him and asked for him to cancel the transaction... he stated that he couldn't do that. He said he would issue a credit and that I HAD to sign the incorrect receipt. Then he insisted I sign the credit receipt as well, I told him HE was the one authorizing the credit... but again He insisted I had to sign... ok....
