I have used Flowers Etc for all my floral needs for years. They always do beautiful work and give you good value for your money. They recently did a beautiful casket cover for my father's funeral. I was very pleased with the arrangement, it was gorgeous.
When we first opened our business in Mansfield, everyone at the Chamber of Commerce told us to use Flowers Etc. We have had a business account with them for 18 years. During that time, they have provided flowers for several professional and personal occasions. My daughter's Daddy/daughter dance corsage has always come from them. Most recently they provided a floral arrangement for my mother-in-law's casket. It was beautiful. They have always done the best work in town.
Wanted to order flowers from local store instead of a big flower chain. I believe the flowers do not look like what was ordered so I called to inquire why mostly purple was used instead of pink like the photo looked and the owner or whoever was working there started arguing back with me so strongly I had to raise my voice for him to stop arguing and even listen to what I was saying. TERRIBLE OWNERS. BAD SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS STORE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. The week before Christmas I searched for and found what I thought to be an ethical local florist in Mansfield. I did not want to use a big internet company. I wanted to support my local businesses. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: FLOWERS ECT-MANSFIELD Well my Beautiful flowers that my hubby sent me yesterday are not what he ordered, spelled my name wrong, all wilted and dead today! Hubby calls to talk with FLOWERS ECT. The gentleman wanted to argue and not want to help in any way. No refund or offer to correct the situation. Needless to say they lost a long time frequent customer!!!
