I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but this is the second time I've been disappointed by your shop. My daughter always orders flowers for me from out of town, the first boutique was beautiful, the second had very wilted roses. This last boutique was ordered on a Thursday and not delivered until Friday at my place of employment until after 5 o'clock so I never received them until Monday. Sadly half of the flowers are almost expired. We work hard for our money and try to support local but we won't be shopping here ... read more

Bought a last minute Bouqet that was Very well done. I was glad they had time to make one.
I had an issue with the flowers I bought here and returned the next day address it and they were very quick to rectify my issues and went above and beyond. Great customer service
Great Service!! The person I was sending flowers to was leaving earlier than expected. So I called Flowers Etc. and they delivered the arrangement right away to make sure it got to the recipient. It was very much appreciated!! Thank you :)
