Ordered 3 custom arrangements for a funeral/celebration of life. The flowers were absolutely stunning! And the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you.
I have been visiting this flower shop for years because of its beautiful store, but after today’s experience I will not be returning. The owners and staff were extremely rude, cold, and unhelpful. Every interaction felt dismissive, and it was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service. As a South Asian customer, I left feeling unwelcome and questioning whether I was being treated differently from other customers. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

Lovely shop, I picked out some nice pieces from their home side of the shop. I am new to the area and the owners were very kind and welcoming to me. Thank you, we will be back!
