Would not even give one star. Mothers Day arrangements awful flowers, not placed in arrangement. Flowers falling out. Dead carnations used in arrangement. I Called several times and no answer, not able to leave a message. Ordered originally from Lilly Valley flowers. Check in ares all flowers sites have same telephone number but different names No answers at any of them . Would add photos of I could. Very dissatisfied.....

Update, company responded with excuses and denial instead of apologies and an attempt to resolve…. There’s obviously a reason their reviews are so low… adding photos of the flowers they “Didn’t” deliver and the chocolates that “weren’t” expired. Liars and terrible business people. Lesson learned. Moldy flowers and expired chocolates. Made for a fun Mother’s Day lol
They were supposed to deliver roses to my job that my fiancé was going to surprise me with. Flowers never got delivered, and when I showed up at the shop I was given many excuses to why they couldn’t be delivered. It’s Valentine’s Day and I’m being forced to pickup my own flowers. When I walked in, they were already dealing with another customer issue. Don’t buy from here if you want flowers in a timely manner.
My flowers were delivered on Thursday night, May 5. and by Monday, May 9, every flower was drooping except for the lilies. Because of Mother’s Day, I know it was a very expensive but it looks pitiful.
