I was pleasantly pleased with the flowers but the customer service with the follow up FAILED miserably. Seems like once you pay for the product customer service just vanished. I had to beg for pictures of paid delivery/product. Communication became non existent.
This florist shop, Flowers By Willie, is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I called and ordered flowers for my club sister's father's homegoing. Crystal promptly answered my call and was happy to help me with a nice flower arrangement. She assured me she had my back, and she was completely right!!! She charged a fair price. The flower arrangement was gorgeous, and my club sister will be pleased with them. My sister helped me find this flower shop, saying they use them all the time.
