This company is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! I ordered the most expensive flower (live orchids) they had to offer for a friend/colleague that was in critical condition. They were to be delivered that day, they were not. I called and they said they would deliver them the next day, they did not. They apologized and said they would make the arrangement even bigger and better and only charge half price (I thought it was a nice gesture).
