I called them on a delivery matter regarding a family member and they were so wonderful and made everything right.
I usually get all of my arrangements from Veronika and I have never been disappointed. She makes lovely arrangements and I pride myself in being able to take care of them. However my boyfriend got me a really nice bday arrangement and I felt like the flowers came already dying and I've only had them for a few days . I am sure it's a one off though .
I ordered a Valentines Day arrangement for my grand daughter, and it was not at all like what i saw on the web site. Not worth the money i paid. Very disappointed.
Ordered for me mum's birthday from North Carolina. Super accommodating on the phone and delivered right before she was off to her birthday lunch. Skip FTD and call these experts directly!
