Staff were so polite and kind. Very thoughtful going above and beyond. Made the whole experience wonderful. They even gave a single flower to my daughter. The person I gave the flowers to was overjoyed and said they were so beautiful. The customer service was just amazing, they even helped me cross the road as I had my toddler and it was a busy road day carrying a box of flowers and trying to ensure keeping her and the flowers safe. Neill and Flowers by Varu made our wedding day so special! I was absolutely thrilled with the flowers particularly the floral arrangement for the ceremony. They fit exactly what I had requested and the team kindly assisted us with moving them to the reception so they could be further enjoyed. I also loved the Ms Dorothy lilies for our tables, our guests were also so happy to be able to take them home to enjoy and the vases were very sturdy.
