A store doesn’t stay in business in Manhattan for 75 years without being extraordinary. That’s the attention and service I was given by Theresa today when I called to say that a bouquet delivered on Friday and left waiting for me for hours without water never looked fresh and the flowers had wilted within a day or two. Theresa was charming and helpful and after reviewing the pictures I texted sent me a new gorgeous bouquet.
