My friend said it was the most stunning bouquet she has ever received, and it got so many compliments throughout the day. I ordered a last-minute birthday bouquet over the phone, and the florist was incredibly caring, patient, and friendly. She went above and beyond to create a stunning arrangement with great attention to detail and a very creative touch. It was also wrapped beautifully. I’ll definitely be back.
Asked me my budget, proceeded to make me a bouquet I thought was in my budget and only when I was paying did she advise that I would be charged $25 more than agreed. Not once did she say that my choices would increase what I anticipated to pay and I felt that I couldn't pay for a bouquet she completed and wrapped. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
