Purchased a bouquet of flowers and vase and received a bouquet that looks nothing like what I purchased. Its was for someone grieving the death of her mother and this was supposed to bring light and hope not symbolise death and darkness! Disappointed customer! Substitution is acceptable but this bouquet looked nothing like my order. Photo of what was ordered and what was delivered.
