Ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday days in advance. I had to call to ask what time the flowers were going to get delivered. They couldn't find my order. After a while the owner or manager called me and said it was going to be delivered before 3pm.. It was almost 5pm by the time it got there. Very disappointed.

Booked 2 weeks in advance, 108.00 for a 24 rose bouquet including a crown, ribbon, and glitter they tacked $10 more for. Went at 10:30 am to pick up my bouquet, it was still not ready. They asked me to come back in 30-40min and gave me no reason why, I gave them that time since I needed to pick up a few things anyways. I ordered 15 flower arrangements for an event, in which they would include the vases for free due to being a pricey order but I would have to pick up the the arrangements my self and return the vases the following day. Aside from my total i was required to leave a $650 deposit for the vases, that was suppose to be refunded as soon as they were returned.
