Ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday days in advance. I had to call to ask what time the flowers were going to get delivered. They couldn't find my order. After a while the owner or manager called me and said it was going to be delivered before 3pm.. It was almost 5pm by the time it got there. Very disappointed.

Booked 2 weeks in advance, 108.00 for a 24 rose bouquet including a crown, ribbon, and glitter they tacked $10 more for. Went at 10:30 am to pick up my bouquet, it was still not ready. They asked me to come back in 30-40min and gave me no reason why, I gave them that time since I needed to pick up a few things anyways. I ordered 15 flower arrangements for an event, in which they would include the vases for free due to being a pricey order but I would have to pick up the the arrangements my self and return the vases the following day. Aside from my total i was required to leave a $650 deposit for the vases, that was suppose to be refunded as soon as they were returned. I’ve ordered flowers twice from this business (at literally the last min) and they’ve come through in a lightning fast way. Super professional! Will always order from here!
