I went in to order a prom boutonniere and the clerk told me that they weren’t picking up any more orders for prom and said she didn’t want to waste the ribbon, because everything was only for Mother’s Day.

Ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday days in advance. I had to call to ask what time the flowers were going to get delivered. They couldn't find my order. After a while the owner or manager called me and said it was going to be delivered before 3pm.. It was almost 5pm by the time it got there. Very disappointed.

Booked 2 weeks in advance, 108.00 for a 24 rose bouquet including a crown, ribbon, and glitter they tacked $10 more for. Went at 10:30 am to pick up my bouquet, it was still not ready. They asked me to come back in 30-40min and gave me no reason why, I gave them that time since I needed to pick up a few things anyways.
