Amazing flower shop! The flowers are very fresh and the staff are so patient and helpful when arranging bouquets. They took the time to help me choose the perfect combination. Highly recommended!
I bought a bouquet for $145 on my way home from work. When I got home, I unwrapped it to put the flowers in a vase, I realised that 3 of the stems were already snapped in the middle and were only held up by the wrapping paper. I find this extremely disappointing and dishonest from a business standpoint. I understand flowers are meant to die but they started dying the next day. So the flowers obviously were not fresh. I paid $150 for a Valentine’s bouquet and ordered it the day before, providing an inspiration photo and specifically asking for no leaves and a mix of pink and white wrapping. When I arrived to pick it up, it was already made and they were about to close at 2pm, so I felt like I didn’t really have a proper chance to say anything or have it fixed and was forced to just take it as it was.
