I have lived out of town for years and needed to order a sympathy arrangement for a friend but had no idea where I could get something suitable and uplifting and not a gazillion dollars. The flowers were even more beautiful than they were online and they weren’t pricey at all. The customer service is great and very timely. Lovely place.

If I could give this company a 10 out of 10 I would. Pam is amazing!! She is so compassionate & helpful. I ordered flowers this morning for someone very close to me who passed away. Pam made everything I had to do so much easier. Her huge selection is breathtaking!! Her prices are incredibly reasonable. I very highly recommend Flowers by Routledge's.
