I received a delivery on August 2nd and I have never seen such poor quality. Some of the flowers in the arrangement were broken and already wilted. By today nearly 100% of the arrangement was dead and I've been picking up fallen pieces of leaves since Day 2. My arrangement was supposed to include a balloon however when Rosa's was called to see what happened to the balloon (which was paid for), they said they didn't have any helium. FLOWERS Just ARRIVED.. ALMOST DEAD..WILTED...LOOKS LIKE WEEDS PICKED OFF HIGHWAY!!!...FLOWERS BROWN EDGE!! CALLED OWNER...SHE DOES NOT CARE !!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROSA!!!!
I called and the woman on the phone was SO RUDE she said this wasn't a business and to stop cold calling.. you just missed out on my business. I DO NOT Recommend they are not professional.
I ordered their Golden Pines Tree as a very special Christmas gift - and my receiver said: "It is beautiful and it was one of the finest things I ever saw come our of a florist". Also they delivered it right to the door - rather than leaving it down stairs with the desk person! I am so grateful - Thank you Flowers By Rosa!! Next year I am sending them the same thing only with lights!!
