Flowers by Monica saved Valentine’s Day! After a failed delivery of flowers from another florist Monica Kelly delivered (on the same day I placed the order). And, they were beautiful flowers!
The best florist I’ve ever used. I have used them a few times now to send flowers to my mom in Boca. Each time they have been even better than the last. My mom said the most recent flowers I ordered for her were the best she had ever received in her life!! Thank you Flowers by Monica!!

After order placed, that's it you're on your own. Needed to make a very small change. 12 phone calls all went to voice mail. Texts never answer till hours later. I was trying to order from Germany for a surprise in Florida 6 minutes drive from their flower shop. Needless to say never did get the change made, surprise ruined. The flowers were finally delivered. Just not the way I wanted. Shame.
