After order placed, that's it you're on your own. Needed to make a very small change. 12 phone calls all went to voice mail. Texts never answer till hours later. I was trying to order from Germany for a surprise in Florida 6 minutes drive from their flower shop. Needless to say never did get the change made, surprise ruined. The flowers were finally delivered. Just not the way I wanted. Shame.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Beautiful arrangements, super responsive by email, phone or through website. Delivers to Stoneman Douglas school. SAME DAY DELIVERY! This is my third time using for various occasions and really worth every penny and so meaningful to those who you buy them for 🌸

First time placing an order with this business and had to leave a review. I didn't realize they closed at 12pm on Saturdays. I placed an order on their website at 11:30am needing flowers to be delivered same day. Around 1:30pm I called to double check they got my order and that it would be delivered, but no one answered. I got my sister the most lovely orchids for her birthday. They lasted really well and were beautiful!! They have excellent customer service. I spoke to Nichole and she was so kind and helpful.
