Edited: The flowers arrived today (almost a week later than requested) and they were beautiful. I am cancelling the disputed charge with my credit card company, but I won’t be ordering here again unless I actually speak to someone on the phone when I place the order. Still no explanation as to why the flowers were so late. I should have looked at the reviews. If could I would have left 0 stars these people are horrible. I placed an order 3 days before the delivery date which were suppose to be delivered on July 25 which were not, I called multiple times and sent multiple emails not once did they reach back out to me, I called to make a dispute with my bank the next day and the flower shop finally reach out 2 days later July 27 at 7 pm to let me know that the had proof they delivered the flowers. The effort is apprecciated but when I saw the arrangement, I was a bit disappointed because it was not as pictured. Not very tidy but my sister liked them and that is all that matters.

Mrs. Monica was very helpful and even informed me of a convenient way of ordering the arrangements online made my day easy to see what I wanted to pick and the website it so easy to access and choose from the flowers are so vibrant I found my floral shop from here on our I will come to Mrs. Monica for my flowers thank you so much on such a short notice too!! I will be back God bless.
