Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers. I live out of town and couldn't find a place that would deliver using the big faceless companies (FTD, 1800 Flowers). Then I happened upon Flowers by Mitchell and am SO glad I did. Angela is the nicest person and was so kind and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and even sent a picture before delivering it to make sure I liked it. Angela and Flowers by Mitchell were awesome! I was going through a stressful time and needed flowers for my mom and they were so kind and personable! Love them!! We used them last year and this year as well. Will continue to order from them. I think if I were to say just one thing I love about them most is, it’s the personal touch they give with each order and delivery!! Our Aunt is very pleased as you can see.

Absolutely amazing customer service and quick delivery time! I live out of state and she gave me every option over the phone to get what I needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
