This florist was extremely helpful and very polite. He even took the time to send me a picture of the arrangement for approval. The arrangement was lovely. You could see the effort he had put into it. I was so pleased by this experience that I will be going back when the need arrives. I have already put his number into my contacts. As a UK resident I used this Canadian site to order flowers for a funeral at very short notice. I was delighted that there was co- operation between the funeral directors and Flowers by Merle. They delivered on time and the flower arrangement was beautiful, even though we were in the middle of January. Well done Flowers by Merle and thank you. Teresa

I ordered the deluxe dreamers delight for Mother’s Day but what I got looks nothing like the picture. I get that you would use seasonal flowers but the actual bouquet is so different in color and arrangement. I can’t believe I paid over $200 for this Walmart version, so not impressed.

I purchased the Urban Joy bouquet for my mother's birthday, and they were beautiful. They are very fresh which is very hard to come by in this city! Thank you so much for helping me surprise her for her birthday this year 🥰 I would highly recommend and would purchase from Flowers by Merle again!
