October 1st, 2013, we lost our daughter. It was completely unexpected and we were moving in a fog of grief. When we went in, to order a wreath for her urn, everyone was so nice. When they found out it was our baby girl who'd passed and that we were on a budget, they were very kind. When we picked up the wreath, not only was the cost very reasonable, the piece itself was perfect! Exactly what we wanted!! Thank you so much!! <3

I just had the absolute worst consumer experience ever. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day from Flowers By Louise in Palmer Alaska. The flowers were not delivered on the day before mothers day, no call was made and no note was left on the door. Then on Mothers Day she was called and told she had a few hours to come pick them up, since she was at work she didn't get the call.
