They never delivered my flowers and did not respond when I reached out to them.
I tried ordering flowers and balloons for my friends birthday. The store said they were delivered, however, nothing arrived. The owner texted me back saying the Uber delivery stole the order. She guaranteed me she would personally deliver a fresh batch the next day. She said 3:45pm. When I checked in at 5pm to see if it was delivered, she didn’t reply to me and then just ghosted. They are rude and unprofessional. As it was my first time ordering, I had some questions and I felt like I was bothering them. They ended up canceling my order.
They don’t pick up phone calls and are very lazy won’t ever buy from here again.
She is great, beautiful flowers and very nice. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
