Very disappointed in my order. Flowers were not what I ordered & when I called Karen she made up a story as to why they were wrong. I don't not recommend.
Ordered twice online from this florist. First order had no issues. 2nd order however showed up 36hours late. On the early afternoon of the original delivery day, the flowers weren't at my wife's location. So I checked online on their website 8i created an account when I first ordered), and it said the order was fulfilled. Obviously that was incorrect, so I called their shop and was told the order was incorrectly placed as fulfilled too early.
