Ordered twice online from this florist. First order had no issues. 2nd order however showed up 36hours late. On the early afternoon of the original delivery day, the flowers weren't at my wife's location. So I checked online on their website 8i created an account when I first ordered), and it said the order was fulfilled. Obviously that was incorrect, so I called their shop and was told the order was incorrectly placed as fulfilled too early. I've known Karen for almost 20 years or better, She has a very special talent with Floral designs and I can honestly say that she will work with a customer as far as your budget,color of flowers that you prefer to send, and as we all know sometimes every day problems are always going to show their face...I know that some people will complain that they're order Wasn't delivered exactly at the time that they want.
