Ordered twice online from this florist. First order had no issues. 2nd order however showed up 36hours late. On the early afternoon of the original delivery day, the flowers weren't at my wife's location. So I checked online on their website 8i created an account when I first ordered), and it said the order was fulfilled. Obviously that was incorrect, so I called their shop and was told the order was incorrectly placed as fulfilled too early. I've known Karen for almost 20 years or better, She has a very special talent with Floral designs and I can honestly say that she will work with a customer as far as your budget,color of flowers that you prefer to send, and as we all know sometimes every day problems are always going to show their face...I know that some people will complain that they're order Wasn't delivered exactly at the time that they want. Or it wasn't the same as the picture in the books, but I will tell you that she goes above and beyond to see that ... read more

I ordered something through FTD website for my mother who is 800 miles away so I don't see her as often as I should. It was supposed to be a happy faced mug for her to keep along with a floral arrangement inside. The floral arrangement was adequate but they sent it in something that was either in the dumpster or the $1 bin at Dollar Gen. I was warned that this place did shady business and now have learned my lesson. Never again.
