The bouquet I ordered was beautifully arranged and clearly made with care. The product quality was excellent, but the customer service experience did not match the price point. Staff interactions felt rushed and not particularly welcoming, and my request for an earlier pickup time was not accommodated in a friendly way. While I was very pleased with the flowers, the overall experience would make me hesitant to return.
